区域农用地转用的特征及驱动力分析

选取重庆市为研究对象,利用1997 2004年农用地数量和社会经济数据,分析了直辖以来重庆市农地转用的数量特征和空间差异,并进一步运用主成分分析方法探讨了农地转用的三大驱动因子:经济发展驱动力、农业科技进步驱动力、人口增加和城市化进程驱动力.针对分析结果,提出了区域农用地资源保护与管理的建议.

Discussion on the Changed Arable Land's Characteristics and Driving Forces

As an important topic for discussion in the research of land use and land cover change,the arable land's excessively change would bring a series of problems such as the hidden trouble of food supplies' safety and degradation of land's environment.In this paper,Chongqing municipality is chosen as the research object.On the basis of the arable land's quantity and social economy data from 1997-2004,the changed arable land's quantity character and space difference is analyzed in Chongqing since directly under the jurisdiction of the central government.Using the method of principal components analysis,development of economy,improvement of agricultural technology,increase of population and urbanization that induced the arable land's change are discussed.The suggestions of protecting and managing the agricultural land resources are put forward.
