摘    要:土地法学是一门理论联系实际的综合性课程,在土地法学课程中加入对案例教学的研究具有重要的现实意义.案例教学把抽象的理论通过对案例的剖析来阐释,培养学生的综合能力,具有问题导向、学生主体、教师控场等基本特征,文章形成了土地法学案例教学的基本理论框架,展示了案例教学法在土地征收法律制度课堂上的应用,总结了①理论先行、案例在后.②案例选择需贴近现实而非重大典型.③背景介绍要详细全面等3条经验.

Abstract:Land law is a comprehensive course combining theory with practice. It is of great practical significance to add case study to the course of land law. Case teaching explains the abstract theory by analyzing the specific event, training students'' comprehensive ability, and having three basic characteristics including questions as clues, students as the subject and teachers as operators. In this paper, there forms the basic theoretical framework of case teaching of land law, showing the application of case teaching method in the classroom of legal system of land expropriation, in order to inspire the application of case teaching in land resources management specialty. Finally, we summarize three experiences below. First, the theory is dominated and the case is subordinate. Second, case should be realistic not typically major. Third, the introduction of background should be detailed and comprehensive.
