干旱胁迫对黄连生理作用的影响

摘    要:研究干旱胁迫对黄连MDA、Pro、Protein含量和SOD、POD、CAT活性的影响以及SNP(亚硝基铁氰化钠)对干旱胁迫的缓解作用,设置5个处理,分别记为S0,S1,S2,S3和S3S.结果表明:MDA含量随胁迫时间的延长和强度的增加呈上升趋势,S1,S2和S3与对照S0存在显著差异;Pro含量先升高后下降,S2与S0呈显著差异;SOD, POD活性下降,S3与S0呈显著差异;CAT活性先下降后升高;Protein含量下降.不同处理间CAT活性和Protein 含量无显著差异.SNP喷洒后,MDA和Pro的增加速率明显降低,SOD,POD和CAT下降的速率也有明显的降低,且对CAT活性的回升有促进作用.因此,0.1 mmol/L SNP能有效缓解干旱对黄连的伤害.

Abstract:The paper analyzed the effects of drought stress on the MDA, Pro, Protein, protective enzymes activities and the alleviated function of SNP in the Coptis chinensis Franch, which was divided into five groups: S0, S1 , S2, S3 and S3S. The results showed that, with the increase of PEG-6000, the content of MDA went up, there was noticeable difference between S0 and S1 , S2, S3; the content of Pro first increased then decreased, noticeable difference appeared between S2 and S0; the activities of SOD and POD decreased, noticeable difference was shown between S3 and S0; the activity of CAT first decreased then increased; while the content of Protein decreased. When seedlings were sprayed with SNP solution, increasing rates of content of MDA and Pro slowed down, and decreasing rates of activities of SOD and POD also obviously slowed down, and CAT activity quickly rose after it decreasing. So SNP could alleviate the harm of drought stress to Coptis chinensis Franch under certain concentration.
