| 摘 要： | 根据小波变换理论,分析了图象经小波变换后的数据结构以及小波分量之间的相关性,利用这种相关特性,将小波变换与人眼视觉特征相结合,分别沿水平方向、竖直方向和对角线方向对小波变换系数进行量化,实现图象的压缩编码

| Abstract: | A new scheme is proposed for image compression take into account human visual perception and the property of the wavelet transform.The properties of wavelet coefficient and the relation of the wavelet coefficient between different resolution are analyzed.Based on this properties,the wavelet coefficient are quantized along the vertical direction,horizontal direction and digonal direction respectively. |
