La(OH)3超微粒的制备及其结构,形态与粒度的研究

摘    要:采用化学沉淀法合成了La(OH)_3超微粒.即先制得草酸镧沉淀后,将其焙烧而得La(OH)_3超微粒.用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)分析观察了在不同焙烧温度下焙烧1h所制备的微粒结构形态、粒度与分布.结果表明,在T=900℃~1000℃下焙烧1h,经自然吸潮,可得到平均粒径小于0.1μm的球形La(OH)_3超微粒.

Abstract:Lanthanum hydroxide ultrafinc particles are synthesized by the chemical precipitation method. Firstly, lanthanum oxalate deposition is prepared, and then the deposition is calcined for an hour at different calcination temperatures to form lanthanum hydroxide ultrafine particles. The structure of the ultrafine particles synthesized are measured by XRD and their morphorlogy, size and size distribution are analysed by TEM. The results show that it is possible to synthesize lanthanum hydroxide ultrafine particles with the average diameter less than 0.1 pm by calcining the lanthanum oxalate for an hour at 900-1 000 C and then letting it absorb moisture spontancoustly in desiccator.
