| 摘 要： | 以重庆市巫山县为例,运用景观安全格局分析方法和地理信息系统(GIS)空间分析方法,将"反规划"理念的土地利用规划方法与传统土地利用规划方法相结合,建立高、中、低3种不同安全水平的生态基础设施,进行土地控制分区;并制定相应的土地管理导则,调整各土地利用类型的空间布局,提高土地利用效率.研究表明:基于"反规划"的土地利用规划可以满足城市发展对土地的需求,提高土地利用的经济、社会和生态效益,集约节约利用土地,为解决社会发展、资源利用和生态保护之间矛盾提供有效途径.
