摘    要:研究了模拟酸雨对杜仲光合生理及生长的影响,结果表明:在系列模拟酸雨胁迫下,无论春、夏、秋季,杜仲叶叶绿素(Chl)含量和Chl a/b值随酸雨pH值降低而降低,呈显著正相关.pH 4.0~5.6酸雨在春、夏、秋季对杜仲叶Hill反应活力、CO2补偿点、光补偿点、光饱和点和最大净光合速率无显著影响,而在pH 3.5~2.5强酸雨胁迫下Hill反应活力逐渐降低,CO2补偿点和光补偿点明显升高,光饱和点、最大净光合速率则显著下降.另外, 酸雨各处理组最大净光合速率与杜仲总生物量、杜仲叶药用有效成分(绿原酸、桃叶珊瑚甙和总黄酮)含量呈显著正相关,表明酸雨通过影响杜仲光合生理活性,进而影响其生长和药用有效成分含量.

Abstract:The effect of simulated acid rain on photosynthesis and growth of Eucommia ulmoides were determined. Under the stress of simulated acid rain, the chlorophyll(Chl) concentration and the ratio of Chl a/Chl b in Eucommia ulmoides leaves were positively correlated with the pH values of simulated acid rain whenever in spring, summer and autumn. There were no more effects on Hill Reaction Activity, the CQ2 compensation point, the light saturation point, the light compensation point and maximum net photosynthetic rate under the stress of pH 4. 0 to pH 5. 6 simulated acid rain but decreasing for Hill Reaction Activity, the light saturation point and maximum net photosynthetic rate and increasing for the light and CO2 compensation point under the stress of pH 3. 5 to pH 2. 5 simulated acid rain in spring, summer and au-tumn. Additionally, the total biomass and content of drug components(including chlorogenic acid, aucubin and flavonoids) in leaves were positively correlated with the maximum net photosynthetic rate of all simulated acid rain groups, implying that the simulated acid rain had more effect on photosynthesis and further to the growth and content of drug components of Eucommia ulmoides.
