On the Cultivation of the Human Resource in Chongqing From the Perspective of Balanced Urban and Rural Development

Human resource in Chongqing has not only the huge base and fast increase,but also the compar-tive disavantage in comprehensive quality.Thus,how to make effective use of this resource becomes both the focus and difficulty of the balance between the urban and rural development in Chongqing.Based on the above analysis,the present article proposes that,to maintain the sustainability of the balanced deveop-ment between the urban and rural areas,the municipality of Chongqing should take various measures to improve the comprehensive quality of their human resource,which is to convert their advantage in quantity into quality.
