| 摘 要： | 利用AFS-203E原子荧光分光光度计，找出测定硒的最佳消解条件，并测定了攀枝花市盐边县吉禄、瓦橙、金白花、凯特4种芒果中硒的含量．得出了攀枝花市盐边县的4种芒果是天然的富硒水果的结论．为人们科学补硒提供了依据．

| Abstract: | Determination and study of the trace element selenium in food is an important aspect of selenium research.The thesis used AFS-203E atomic fluorescence spectrometer to find out the best condition for selenium determination as well as the content of selenium in four kinds of mango,JiLu,WaCheng,Jinbaihua and Kaite in Yanbian county of Panzhihua,then come to the conclusion that these four kinds of mango in Yanbian county of Panzhihua are the natural fruits full of selenium,which provide basis for reinforcing selenium scientifically. |
