Analyses of Resources Condition and Economic Benefit in Land Development and Arrangement Research --A Case Study in Huangtian Area,Fuling,Chongqing

On the basis of the natural and socio-economic conditions and the state of land-use in the research area, analyses on socio-benefit, economic benefit and ecologic benefit are used in the feasibility-research on land development and arrangement project. Then, various analysis methods on economic benefit, such as analyses on static state economic benefit, analyses on dynamic state economic benefit and analyses on susceptibility, are used to prove and evaluate the economic reasonability of the project.
