养老事业中商业保险的经济效率研究——基于OLG模型的分析

对于已经进入了老龄化社会的我国而言,社会的养老负担将会越来越重,如何利用有限的经济和社会资源,提高养老的效率是值得思考的问题.通过运用OLG模型分析发现,在现收现付制度下,现有的社会养老保险系统可能会降低资本积累,但是它可以消除动态无效率,提高养老资源的配置效率.在商业保险参与养老事业具体形式方面,可以向老年人提供商业性年金、护理保险产品、老年资产投资和管理服务等,并做出相应的对策建议.

On Economic Efficiency of Commercial Insurance in Pension Business---Based on Analysis of OLG model

As our country has entered the aging society,the social pension burden will be heavier and heavi-er.To utilize the limited resources of economy and society,the improvement of pension efficiency is worth thinking about.In this paper,by means of the OLG model analysis has been done that under the cash-in-and-cash-out system,the existing social pension system could reduce the accumulation of capital,but it can eliminate dynamic inefficiency,and improve pension resources allocation efficiency.In terms of commercial insurance pension cause in concrete form,this paper argues that it can provide the elderly with commercial annuity,care insurance products,old assets investment and management services,and make the corre-sponding countermeasures and suggestions.
