摘    要:以甘薯优良栽培品种“南薯88”为试材,研究了AgNO3对根癌农杆菌介导的甘薯遗传转化的影响。结果表明,在预培养的培养基附加AgNO3不利于进行转化,而在共培养培养基中附加AgNO3则对转化有促进作用。当培养基中AgNO3的浓度为6mg/L时,卡那霉素抗性芽的获得率达最大值,为27.5%。文中还对AgNO3在甘薯遗传转化中的作用方式及在建立较简便、高效的甘薯遗传转化系统中的应用进行了讨论。

Abstract:Effect of AgNO 3 on transformation of sweetpotato by Agrobacterium tumefaciens mediated transformation of sweetpotato was tested in this papers, and the test material was a superior cultivars "NanShu 88" .The results showed that: It was not favor to transformation when AgNO 3 was in pre-culture medium, but promoted when added it in co-medium. when the concentration of AgNO 3 was at 6 mg/L, the rate of Kan+r buds was highest, reached 27.5%.The pattern and apply of AgNO 3 for establishing a simple and effective transformation systemin sweetpotato also was discussed.
