益智五海胶囊对痴呆大鼠大脑皮层单胺类递质和海马氨基酸的影响

摘    要:目的:观察益智五海胶囊对老年肾精亏虚痴呆大鼠模型大脑皮层DA、NE、5-HT;海马Glu、Gly、Asp、GABA的影响.方法:采用老年肾精亏虚法筛选痴呆大鼠模型,采用荧光分光光度法测定DA、NE、5-HT其皮层DA、NE、5-HT的含量;采用毛细管电泳法测定其海马Glu、Gly、Asp、GABA含量.结果:大脑皮层的NE、5-HT具有不同程度的升高,海马的Glu、Asp具有不同程度的降低,组间差异具有显著意义.结论:益智五海胶囊改善智能是多途径的,通过调节NE、5-HT的含量,调节Glu、Gly、Asp、GABA的含量,改善痴呆的智力障碍.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To observe the influence of Yizhiwuhai Capsule Kidney on Ortical DA,NE and 5 -HT and Hippocampal Glu, Gly, Asp and GABA with Kidney-Essence Style Dementia Rat Model. METHOD; Select the Dementia Rat Model of Kidney-Essence Style, using Fluorescence Determination of DA, NE,5 - HT the cortex DA, NE,5 - HT was content and determined using capillary electrophoresis hippocampus Glu, Gly, Asp, GABA content in to detect the influence of Yizhiwuhai Capsule on rat model of cortical DA, NE and 5 - HT; hippocampal Glu, Gly, Asp and GABA. RESULTS: Yizhiwuhai Capsule on rat model of dementia NE and 5 - HT have different elevated effect and have different reduced effect on Glu and Asp. CONCLUSION: Yizhiwuhai Capsule to improve intelligence is multi-channel, and by regulating NE and 5 - HT levels, regulating Glu, Gly, Asp and GABA contents, to improve the mental retardation of dementia.
