大型科学仪器资源共享的模式浅析及新对策研究

根据全国主要省市的经验,对大型科学仪器资源的共享模式做了简要分析.剖析了大型科学仪器资源共享工作目前存在的困难,提出了几个推进大型科学仪器资源深层次共享的对策.认为应从立法、政府保障、市场化运作、集中管理模式以及建立完善的服务体系等方面着力推进大型科学仪器资源的深层次共享.

Study of the Models for Resource Sharing of Large-Scale Scientific Instrument and Countermeasures for Its Improvement

A brief analysis is made of the models for resource sharing of large-scale scientific instrument based on the experience of several provinces and cities in this respect. Taking into consideration the current difficulties in this work, a few countermeasures are put forward for its improvement. The authors hold that resource sharing of large-scale scientific instrument should be advanced by lawmaking, government promotion, marketable operation, centralized management and service system perfection.
