摘    要:学位论文工作是食品工程专业工程硕士培养的主要内容和关键环节.影响工程硕士学位论文质量的主要因素包括学员的知识结构、学员的工学矛盾和教学管理等.严把工程硕士选拔质量、加强教学管理、产学研紧密相结合可有效提高工程硕士学位论文质量,为社会培养合格的工程技术人才.

Abstract:Work of Master's dissertations is a pivotal step and a main cultivation work in engineering Master's dissertations in food engineering. Factors influencing quality of engineering Master's dissertation include the student's knowledge structure, conflict between student's works and study, management in education and others. If we select student critically, strengthen the management in education and promote the integration of production, teaching and research, quality of engineering Master's dissertations would be promoted. And thus, qualified engineers would be turned out for society.
