| 摘 要： | 以科学发展观为指导对工业园区经济评价的内涵进行了探索, 构建了一套工业园区土地利用经济评价指标体系, 采用协调度模型对工业园区发展现状与理想规划目标值间的协调度进行了测算, 对工业园区土地利用进行了经济评价. 同时以重庆市高新技术开发区为实证进行了土地利用经济评价, 对提高重庆市高新技术开发区土地利用经济效益提出了建议.

| Abstract: | With the guidance of scientific development standpoint, it is a beneficial exploration to establish the connotation of economic evaluation in industry park. This paper constructs a set of index system of economic evaluation of land use in industry park and uses the harmony model to get the harmony degree between development actuality and target value. Chongqing Hi-tech Industry Development Zone was evaluated by this model as a case. At last, some advice is given on how to improve economic benefit in Chongqing Hi-tech Industry Development Zone. |
