高校法学本科专业教学效果调查分析

摘    要:相伴高校法学本科学生规模的逐年扩张,因就业难和社会认同差,教育质量广受质疑.高校法学本科学生是未来持续推动法治建设的核心力量,如何保障和提升法科学生教学质量,适应法治社会建设需求是当下法学本科教育亟待思考的问题.通过调查量化分析,在教学目标、教学内容、教学方法和教学评价4个环节中,教学方法是影响教学效果的主要因素.在总结现行教学改革经验的基础上,探索改进路径,以期法学本科课堂教学效果得到改善.

Abstract:The enrollment of college law students is expanding year by year, and the quality of education is widely questioned because of the poor employment and poor social identity.University law students will account greatly for the future in promoting the core strength of the rule of law construction.How to ensure and improve the teaching quality of college students, to meet the needs of social construction of the rule of law is the urgent need to think about the problems of law education.Through the investigation of quantitative analysis, the teaching method is the main factor influencing the teaching effect in the four aspects of teaching objectives, teaching contents, teaching methods and teaching evaluation.On the basis of summing up the current experience in teaching reform, we will explore ways to improve, with a view to improving the effectiveness of law-based undergraduate teaching.
