摘    要:研究了生长在不同遮荫条件下的少花挂幼苗内源激素含量的季节性变化结果表明:不同处理条件下的少花枝幼苗的IAA,GA,iPA,ZR和ABA含量在5月至9月间均出现了明显的季节性波动同一种激素在各处理间的变化规律也基本一致,IAA最大峰值出现在6月份,GA,iPA和ZR的峰值出现在8月份,ABA含量在7月份达到最大值,光照和水分胁迫有利于ABA含量的升高

Abstract:Studied on the Cinnamomum pauciflorum biennial seedlings to various light intensities in changes of intemal hormone content. The studies showed that in four ligh intensities, the content of IAA, GA, ZR, iPA changd with season during May to September. Under various ligh intensities, change rule of Cinnamomum pauciflorum biennial seedling's Content of intemal hormonelvas conistent with one another in one kind of home, the peak of IAA appeared in June, GA, iPA and ZR in August, while the peak of ABA appeared in July. The conent of GA IAA ZP iPA of Cinnamomum pauciflorum biennial seedlings under one-layer shading is the biggest; the second is that under full sunligh, the others are that under two-layer shading and three-layer shading.
