| 摘 要： | 基于在盐酸介质中 ,十二烷基苯磺酸钠 (SDBS)形成的胶束能增强高锰酸钾 头孢哌酮钠体系的化学发光这一现象 ,建立了一种简易、快速测定头孢哌酮钠的流动注射化学发光新方法 .在优化的实验条件下 ,头孢哌酮钠的线性范围为 0 0 1× 10 -6～ 15× 10 -6g/mL ,检出限为 3 9× 10 -9g/mL ,对 6 0× 10 -6g/mL的头孢哌酮钠进行11次平行测定 ,其RSD为 2 2 %.将本法用于合成样品及尿样中的头孢哌酮钠的测定 ,结果令人满意 .
