甘薯愈伤组织诱导的多因子正交试验研究

摘    要:通过多因子正交试验,筛选出了甘薯(IpomoeabatatasL.Lam)愈伤组织的最佳诱导培养基为MS+1.0mg/LNAA+0.5mg/LBA,愈伤组织的最适生长培养基为MS+0.5mg/LBA.叶柄诱导产生的愈伤组织出愈快、生长迅速,是甘薯愈伤组织诱导和生长的最适外谊作.试验结果表明:BA对甘薯愈伤组织的诱导和生长影响最大,其次是外植作,而NAA影响最弱.

Abstract:The effects of BA, NAA and explants on the callus induction of sweetpotato were investigated by using the orthogonal test. The results showed that the best medium for callus induction was MS 1.0 mg/LNAA 0.5 mg/L BA, the most suitable medium for callus growth was MS 0.5 mg/L BA, and petioleswere the best explants. Among the three factors, BA was the most important factor not only for callus induction but also for callus growth, followed by the explant and NAA is the weakest.
