南方鲇卵巢滤泡细胞和卵膜生成的超微结构研究

摘    要:滤泡细胞来源于卵巢基质细胞,其发育过程分为:零散卵泡膜细胞期、单层扁平卵泡膜细胞期、多层扁平 卵泡膜细胞期、立方形颗粒细胞期、柱状颗粒细胞期、颗粒细胞分泌期6个时期.多层细胞的滤泡可以分为外膜 层、鞘膜细胞层、粗纤维层、细纤维层、滤泡细胞层5个亚层.颗粒细胞具丰富的微丝、线粒体、内质网、核糖 体,高尔基体也丰富而发达.滤泡细胞具有生成次级卵膜、合成卵黄蛋白并加工成卵黄前体颗粒和中间颗粒、产 生类固醇激素和协助排卵等作用. 卵膜包括初级卵膜和次级卵膜.初级卵膜分为3个亚层,由卵母细胞依次产生的3个亚层最终融合并致密化 形成放射带.而次级卵膜在卵黄合成后期由滤泡细胞产生.

Abstract:The follicle cell was originated from stromal cell of the ovary in Silurus meridionalis. The developmental process of cell could be divided into six stages: dipersal thecal cell, single layer of flat shaped thecal cell, several layers of flat shaped thecal cell, cuboidal granule cell, cylindrical granular cell and secretiory granule cell. The follicle with several layers of cells were divided into five sub-layers: thecal externa, layer of thecall cell, layer of thick fibre, layer of thin fibre and follicle cell. In granular cell, microfiber was rich. Mitochondria, RER, and Golgi complex were abundant and vigorous. Follicle cell had four founctions: to secret substance to form the secondary envelope, to synthesize yolk-protein and to make it into pre-yolk granule and intermediate yolk granule, to secrete hormone and to stimulate ovulation. Envelope included primary and the secondary envelope. The primary envelope which could be divided into three sub-layers, was originated from oocyte in a subsequent way, whereas the secondary envelope came from the follicle cell during vitellogenesis. During the maturation of the oocyte, three sub-layers of primary envelope were fused, compacted and became the zona radiata.
