加强实验队伍建设增强高校实验室软实力

高素质实验队伍是高校实验室建设和可持续发展的根本.在分析实验室队伍建设现状的基础上,按照创建综合性大学实验教学基地的要求,制定实验队伍建设目标,并从实验室主任队伍、实验教师队伍、实验技术人员队伍以及引进外籍实验教师等方面,提出了各层次实验队伍建设的对策措施,全面提升高校实验室的软实力.

Strengthen the Construction of Laboratory Team to Enhance the Soft Strength of University Laboratory

High-quality laboratory team is the root of the construction and sustainable development of col-lege laboratory. This paper,by analyzing the current situation of the team construction of laboratory, and on the basis of building a comprehensive university experiment teaching base, makes up a construction tar-get of laboratory team. Measures of the construction of laboratory at all levels, including the laboratory di-rector team, teaching team, technician team, and the introduction of foreign staff, have been proposed in this paper.
