模拟酸雨对杜仲叶膜脂过氧化及氮代谢的影响

摘    要:研究了模拟酸雨对杜仲叶膜脂过氧化及氮代谢的影响。结果表明:杜仲叶超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性在春夏两季均随酸雨pH的降低而先后降;随酸雨降雨量增大和胁迫时间的延长,3种保护酶受抑情况夏季较春季严重,膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量与酸雨pH值呈显著负相关;春夏两季氮代谢关键酶硝酸还原酶(NR0和谷酰胺合成酶(GS)活性在一定pH值酸雨胁迫下随酸雨、pH值降低而降低,夏季2种酶活性下降率比春季高;可溶性蛋白质和总氮含量春夏两季与随酸雨pH降低(夏季可溶性蛋白质含量与pH值呈正相关),由此可见,酸雨对杜仲叶膜脂过氧化及氮代谢产生了显著影响。

Abstract:The effects of simulated acid rain on lipid peroxidation of membrane and N metabolism of Eucommia ulmoides leaves were studied in spring and summer. It was showed that the activities of three kinds of protecting enzymes(SOD, CAT, POD)increased and then decreased with declined pH values of acid rain in spring and summer ,and the acid rain restrained the activities of these enzymes in summer more seriously than that in spring and the contents of MDA ware negatively correlated with the pH values of acid rain. It was also found that under a certain pH value of acid rain stress the activities of NR and GS decreased in spring and summer with declined pH values of acid rain and the decreasing rates in summer ware higher than those in spring. At the same time, in spring and summer the contents of soluble protein and total nitrogen decreased with declined pH values of acid rain(the contents of soluble protein in summer ware positively correlated with it). These results indicated that the simulated acid rain had significant effects on lipid peroxidation of membrane and N metabolism of Eucommia ulmoides leaves.
