萘乙酸和6苄基腺嘌呤对甘薯离体器官发生的影响

摘    要:以重庆市主载和自育的甘薯优良品种为试材,比较了植物生长调节物质萘乙酸(NAA)和6-苄基嘌呤(BA)对甘薯离体器官发生的影响,试验结果表明:(1)NAA能明显促进不定根和不定芽的分化,当培养中添加1.0mg/LNAA时效果最好,3种外植体不定根、不定芽的分化频率以及根的分化量都达最大值,其中茎段分别为96.2%,65.4%,4.1,(2)BA对苷薯外植体的离体器官发生有一定的影响,高浓度的BA明显抑制外植体不定根和不定芽的分化。(3)茎段为诱导不定根和不定芽的最适外植体。

Abstract:Effects of plant growth substances NAA and BA on in vitro organogenesis of sweetpotato were studied in this paper, and the test materials were the cultivars mainly cultivated or bred in Chongqing. The results showed that:(1) NAA promoted induction of adventitious roots and buds. When the level of NAA in MS medium was at 1 mg/L, the rate of root induction, the rate of bud induction and the amount of roots were highest, at 96.2%, 65.4% and 4.1 in. stem explants. (2) BA also has some effects on in vitro organogenesis of sweetpotato. BA at high concentration inhibited differentiation of roots and buds. (3) Stem segments were the most suitable explants for root and bud differentiation in sweetpotato.
