复方肿瘤血管生成抑制因子口服液与化疗药物合用对小鼠Ehrlich腹水癌的抑制作用研究

本文研究了复方肿瘤血管生成抑制因子口服液（ＣＯＬ－ＴＡＩ）与化疗药物合用对小鼠Ｅｈｒｌｉｃｈ腹水癌的抑制作用，结果表明，单独服用ＣＯＬ－ＴＡＩ的各实验组生命延长率均大于对照组；单独使用环磷酰胺（ＣＴＸ）或阿霉素（ＡＤＭ）时，生命延长率分别为３６．９８％和１１９．６７％，二者分别与ＣＯＬ－ＴＡＩ合用时，生命延长率分别为７９．６４％和１５２．５０％，由此可见，ＣＯＬ－ＴＡＩ与化疗药物合用有显著协同抑制Ｅｈｒｌｉｃｈ腹水癌生长和延长存活时间的作用．

Inhibiting Effects of Using Compound Oral Liquid of theTumor Angiogenesis Inhibitorand Chemotherapeutic Drugs together on Mice Ehrlich Ascites Carcinoma Cells

To research the combined effects of the Compound Oral Liquid of the Tumor Angiogenesis Inhibitors(COL-TAI)with chemotherapeutic drugs on Ehrlich ascites carcinoma(EAC) in mice, after inoculating the EAC cell,the mice were randomly divided of COL-TAI and chemotherapeutic drugs(cyclopphcosphamide, adriamycin)groups.the control group given salin solution, prolanged time of the mice were investigated,the prolonged rate were calculated. The results showed that the prolonged time of mice in treated with COL-TAI alone and control mice was similar, But when the combination of COL-TAI and chemotherapeutic druge,It could inhibiting obviously the proliferation of EAC,the CTX and ADM was used alone, the enlonged rite were 36.98%、119.67%,when they combination with COL-TAI,the enlonged rate were 79.64% and 152.50%, COL-TAI may inhibite the growth of the EAC in vivo. COL-TAI shows obviously synergistic effects on tumor when it combined with the chenotherapeutic drugs. combination of COL-TAI with the chemotherapeutic drugs may be useful in the treatment of tumors.
