| 摘 要： | 本报道了人工培养长根菇时，该菌对营养物质的利用情况。菌丝生长阶段，该菌对碳源和氮源营养利用广泛，但不能利用半乳糖和乳糖以及丙氨酸、甘氨酸和尿素。最适合的栽培料是油茶树木屑和杂木屑。

| Abstract: | This paper is reported the nourishment of Oude manciella radicata when it is artificial cultivated. In the growth of haphae, it can absorb the carbohyd rate and the nitrogenous nutrients extensively. But it can't absorb the galacto se, lactose, alanine, glucine and urea. The scraps of wood from Camellia oleif era and mixed wood is suited for the cultivating fruit-body. |
