草酸对磷钨酸催化氧化环己烯合成己二酸的影响

摘    要:报道了在无相转移剂条件下,用磷钨酸催化过氧化氢氧化环己烯合成己二酸,收率最高为72.6%.草酸的加入使己二酸产率明显提高,在优化条件下即反应物摩尔比为环己烯∶过氧化氢∶磷钨酸∶草酸=1∶4.0∶0.002∶0.0315时,80℃反应8h收率可达87.7%.这与草酸的配体效应有关.该方法避免了昂贵且有毒的相转移剂的使用.

Abstract:Cyclohexene can be directly oxidized to adipic acid with 30% H_2O_2 in the presence of H_7P(W_2O_7)_6]·xH_2O without any phase transfer catalyst and organic solvents. The yield of adipic acid is 72.6%. In this work, when using oxalic acid as ligand and H_7P(W_2O_7)_6]·xH_2O as catalyst at 80 ℃,87.7%yield of adipic acid can be reached under molar ratio C_6H_ 10∶H_2O_2∶H_7P(W_2O_7)_6]·xH_2O∶C_4H_6O_4=1∶4.0∶0.002∶0.031 5. It is demonstrated that the coordination effect of ligand plays the important role in catalytic oxidation of cyclohexene.
