磁化水对小麦、小白菜生长和生理效应的初步研究

摘    要:不同磁场强度(500GS、1000GS、1250GS)的磁化水(magnetic water),对小白菜种子萌发、幼苗生长有促进作用。1000GS磁化水灌溉小白菜,产量提高9-17%。磁化水处理,能提高小麦根的活力和束缚水(bound water)含量;提高小白菜的呼吸速度。硝酸还原酶的活性,但浸出液的电导率均降低。 1000GS、1250GS的磁化水处理小麦,过氧化物酶同功酶增加一个酶带。500GS、1000GS磁化水处理小白菜,过氧化物酶同功酶亦增加一个酶带。

Abstract:Treatment with magnetic yield(500GS,1000GS,1250GS)at water obtained magnetic water. Application of magnetic water to Pakchoi caused a marled increase in the germinability of the seed and in the growth of the seedling. Pakchoi yield was obserred to have increased 9-17% by 1000Gs. Treatment with magnetic water to wheat caused increase in the growth of seedling. Application of magnetic water caused a marked increase in respiratory rate of the pakchoi. The NR'S viability of pakchoi caused significant increase. Application of magnetic water caused a marked increase in the root vigor of the wheat and in the bound water of seedling. The electrical conductivity of the extracting solution of wheat and pakchoi decreased. It was found that at 1000Gs, 1260Gs in the treatment of the wheat seedling, the obviously a zone of peroxidase isoenzymes was inereased in the treatment of pakchoi seedling at 500Gs and 1000Gs.
