摘    要:对健康成年SD大鼠采用皮下注射异丙肾上腺素造成心肌肥厚模型;取心肌组织,常规石蜡切片,Masson染色,观察心肌组织的成纤维细胞变化;免疫荧光染色检测PTEN和p-PI3K的表达及分布.结果与对照组相比,实验组细胞间纤维细胞增多;免疫荧光检测PTEN和p-PI3K的阳性表达明显增高.表明PTEN和p-PI3K蛋白表达增高可能在心肌纤维化的发生和发展过程中起重要作用.

Abstract:The research provides morphological data for the investigation of the cardiac hypertrophy signal transduction mechanism and reversal of cardiac hypertrophy by researching the expression of PTEN and p-PI3K in cardiac tissue in isoproterenol-induced myocardial hypertrophy.By researching the expression of PTEN and p-PI3K in cardiac tissue in isoproterenol-induced myocardial hypertrophy,the morphological data are provided for the investigation of the cardiac hypertrophy signal transduction mechanism and reversal of cardiac hypertrophy.Cardiac hypertrophy models are established by subcutaneous injection of isoproterenol on Healthy adult SD rats.The pathological changes of myocardial tissues with conventional paraffin section and HE staining are observed.The expression and distribution of PTEN and p-PI3K is detected by immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence staining.Image analysis software is used to conduct quantitative analysis.Compared with the control group,the positive expression of PTEN and p-PI3K in the experimental group are significantly increased.The increase of PTEN and p-PI3K proteins expression may play an important role in the occurrence and development of cardiac hypertrophy.
