摘    要:本文基于在碱性介质中,活化剂硫氰酸钾存在下,痕量Fe对H_2O_2氧化铬黑T的褪色反应的催化作用建立了一个检出限为3.9×10~(-11)g/ml,线性范围为0.80~31.92ng/ml的催化光度测定铁的新方法。用于人发、水样中痕量铁的测定,R.S.D为1.3~2.0%,回收率为96~98.5%。

Abstract:A new catalytic spectrophotometric method has been proposed for determining traceiron.The method is based on the catalytic oxidation of Eriochrome Black T with hydrogen peroxide in thepresence of potassium sulfocyanate as activator,in basic media.The detection limit for iron is0.039ng/ml.The linear range of the determination is 0.8~32ng/ml.The proposed method suffers fromfew interferences in the presence of more than 30 foreign ions.The method has been used to determinetrace iron in hair and water sample.RSD:1.3~2.0%,recovery percent:96~98.5%.
