基于2SD106AI驱动的高频电磁热水器设计

摘    要:对于电磁感应加热系统来说,提高加热频率是提高热效率的一个有效方法.文中采用了高频驱动模块2SD106AI并结合新型绝缘栅双极晶体管(IGBT)高功率模块设计了驱动输出电路.实验证明,该电路稳定运行频率37KHz,试验热水器热效率达到94%.

Abstract:Reducing the frequency is an effective methods of enhancing efficiency for electremagnetic induction heating system.The drive circuil of electromagnetic water heating is designed by using high-frequency drive model 2SD106AI and combined insulated grid bipolar transistor(IGBT).The results show that this inverter can work steadily in condition of 37KHz,and the efficiency is 94%.
