| 摘 要： | 本文归纳总结了热力学各种相互作用参数的理论关系式及其研究方法．根据实验结果讨论了氨基酸──盐──水体系的焓相互作用，指出结构相互作用是影响焓相互作用参数的主要因素，并将水溶液中电解质和非电解质相互作用的研究推广到中等盐浓度范围．

| Abstract: | The theoretical expression of interaction parameters has been concluded,as well asthe studying methods.The results are discussed according to the experiments on amino acids─salts sys-tems.It is found that the structural interaction is the main factor effecting the enthalpic interactionparameters. |
