中国脉狼蛛属一新种(蛛形纲:狼蛛科)

本文记述一种小形狼蛛,由于它的亲缘关系较难安置,现暂棣属于脉蛛属。该属群多分布在南亚,种类稀少,在中国的湖南省发现是首次报道。脉狼蛛属的定义及属内成员的归类,各学者意见不一,所以本新种在学术上仍有探讨和研究价值。文中量度以mm为单位,模式标本保存在河南师范大学生物系。

A New Species of the Genus Veninia From China(Aranae:Lycosidae)

Holotype;♀,allotype;♂,paratypes 10 ♀♀,Collected from Chenxi(28°00′,N,110°,10′E)Hunan Province,July.1983.Length of females 3.27-4.00mm,Carapace light gray brown with dark bands,V-shaped pattern ab-sent,thoracic lateral light area distinct.Chephalic region is not slightly elevated.Anterior eye row isstrongly procurved from front,much narrower than posterior median eye row,anterior median eye largerthan the lateral.Clypeus dark brown,chelicer radish brown,fang groove armed three inferior tooth,Lipbrown,maxilla and sternum light brown.Abdomen light gray whith blackish markings.Legs light gray,femur whith indistinetly band,tibia whith three pairs ventral spinos,paired claws of tarsus are heavilypectinated,legs formula 4123.The number of eggs averages 24 in one egg sac.Epigynum whith a pairs curl up spermathecae.Male is similar females except leength 2.5mm,cephalosome dark brown,pedipalpus and femur of leg Iblack brown.Pedipalpus large,cymbium peach shape,fundus largust,median apophysis flat and broad.Distribution:Hunan Chekiang Fujian.The outward appearnce of this new spcies is similar to Pirata procurvus(Bosenberg et Strand)1906,with developed eyes and weakly spinnerts,the female has egg sac under the abdomen,the male has a pairlarge and baack broum pedipalpus,but without V-shaped pattern on the carapace,for this reason it putinto the genus Veninia Thorell 1894.
