摘    要:本文拟定了用活性炭对水中痕量钒(Ⅴ)进行预富集的方法,研究了活性炭对水中痕量钒的吸附和解吸条件,以及活性炭对钒的吸附容量.50mg活性炭可以对500ml水中80μg以内的钒进行定量回收,回收率在93%~104%之间,同时可以除去干扰测定的金属离子,最后用分光光度法通过做工作曲线来测定水中的痕量钒,工作曲线的线性回归方程为A=4.9×10-2+0.0157c(μg/L),相关系数r=0.9971.利用本方法对合成海水样品中的痕量钒进行分析测试,得到满意的结果.

Abstract:Vanadium was adsorbed first on 50 mg activated carbon powder at pH 5, then was desorbed by 20 ml of boiling sodium hydroxide solution of pH 10. By this process vanadium can be separatedfrom many metal ions such as Fe3+, Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Mn2+, Hg2+, Cd2+, Zn2+, Ph2+, Sn2+, Al3+, Ti (Ⅵ)etc. The method is simple and sensitive. Vanadium of μg level in 500 ml water can be determinated by spectrophotometry, the results are satisfactory.
