真空对洋葱(Allium cepa L.)根尖间期细胞和分裂期细胞的影响初探(Ⅱ)

摘    要:<正> 我们通试初步研究真空对离水的洋葱根尖细胞的影响,发现真空对细胞结构和行为有显著作用。在这个基础上,我们又进一步研究了①真空对水中的洋葱根尖细胞;②真空处理的洋葱鳞茎的根尖细胞的影响,发现,在这两个实验组中,真空对洋葱根尖间期细胞和分裂期细胞仍然有显著影响,现把结果报导如下:

Abstract:This paper is about the effect of chromosome structure and action about Cavuum on the onion (Allium cepa L.)root tip's interqhase cells and division cells. It proves that Cavuum greatly affects onion root tip's cells in water and of onion bulb treated by CaVuum. The materials affected by CaVuum grow bud on Some cell nuclei. Cell nuclei break into severa micronuclei or like fog. In some divlson cells occurred the Various chromosomal aberrations, for example, chromosome breakage, chromosome loops, chromosomo doloctions, dicoatric chromosomes, acentric chromosomes and so on. The chromosome numbers of some clles will change, too. In the mitoses are chrmosome brivget, laggard chromosome and abnormal division obterved. In every eexpriment group, it is direct interrelated feect eft of cavuumh on the chromosome structure and action of the interphage cells and division cells with the Cavuum treatment time. The results of t test are group Ⅰ, P《0.001; group Ⅱ, P<0.01. It is clear that there that there are tremeud us differences between the experiment groups and the Contrast groups.
