| 摘 要： | 用Ｗｉｓｔｅｒ雄性大鼠５０只，做双侧睾丸摘除术后分别投以不同比例的雌二醇（Ｅ２）和睾丸酮（Ｔ），以定量组织学方法观察大鼠前列腺腹叶纤维基质与腺实质的变化，探讨雌激素与雄激素比值的改变对大鼠前列腺腹叶的影响，结果表明：在Ｅ２／Ｔ为１：５０至１：２００时所处理大鼠间质增生显著（Ｐ〈０．０５），腺实质之变化无统计学意义。

| Abstract: | After fifty wistar rats castrated and treated with estradiol and testosterone in differentproportion. stereological observations were made on the change of fibtomuscular stroma and glandularepithelia of the ventral prostate with a purpose to study effects thast the change of proportion ofestrogen and antrogen for the rat ventral prostate,The findings revealed that there was a significanthyperplastia of stroma when E_2/T was 1:50-1:200 whereas there was no statistically signifying dif-ference in the change of glandular epithelia. |
