摘    要:通过在A/O系统中投加RD药剂来处理尼龙66化工废水,考察了RD药剂的添加对处理效果的影响.试验结果表明:两套系统,在进水水量由20 L.h-1增加到40 L.h-1,CODcr由555.5 mg.L-1增加到977.46 mg.L-1时,投加RD药剂的工艺系统出水能满足排放标准,出水CODcr为73.76 mg.L-1,去除率达到92.45%,同时出水中氨氮浓度为4.52 mg.L-1,去除率为93.41%,并且系统运行稳定,对冲击负荷的适应能力增强;而没有投加RD药剂的系统出水不能达到排放标准.

Abstract:It was investigated in this paper about the effect of RD to the treatment with A/O technology of Nylon66 chemical wastewater.The results indicated that the removal rates could reach 92.45% for CODcr and the effluent concentration was 73.76 mg·L-1 when the flow was increased from 20 L·h-1 to 40 L·h-1 and the iffluent concentration of CODcr was increased from 555.5 mg·L-1 to 977.46 mg·L-1.And the effluent concentration for NH3-N was 4.52 mg·L-1 and the removal rates could reach 93.41%.The effluent reached the effluent standard and the system has strong adaptability to shock load when RD was used in wastewater disposal after the amount of water and pollutant concentration had doubled but not when RD was not used.
