关于非晶态离子导体Ag_5I_2PO_4的研究——(Ⅰ)不同温度下热处理样品的红外光谱及晶化动力学研究

摘    要:本文报道了对不同温度下热处理非晶态Ag_5I_2PO_4样品的IR谱研究结果,提出了PO_4~(3-)在非晶态和晶态时的两种畸变构型,最后又采用DSC技术测定了该种材料的晶化激活能。

Abstract:The study results of amorphous sample Ag_5I_2PO_4 heated treatment at different teperature by the aid of IR are re-ported. The two kinds of distortion configuration at amorphous and crystalline are shown, and crystallization activa-tion energy of this material has also been measured by means of DSC.
