高校校园声环境质量监测与评价分析

摘    要:通过对河南机电高等专科学校新校区校园及其周围声环境进行问卷调查和现场监测,对校园声环境质量现状进行了分析评价.调查问卷统计结果表明,有76.8%的被调查者认为校园存在噪声污染问题,其中有12.8%的被调查者认为噪声污染十分严重,影响了师生的正常生活和学习.监测结果显示,校园内长期噪声水平为昼间54.4dB,夜间43.7dB,均符合国家标准,校园整体声环境质量达标,但局部区域存在噪声超标现象.针对噪声超标的主要噪声源,提出了相应改善校园声环境质量的建议对策.

Abstract:Sound environment quality of the new campus of Henan Mechanical and Electrical Engineering College is analyzed and evaluated by means of questionnaire survey and site monitoring.Questionnaire statistical results show that 76.8% of the respondents think it exists noise pollution problem,and 12.8% of those belive that noise pollution is serious,which effects the normal life and learning of teachers and students.Monitoring results show that campus long-term noise level is 54.4dB for day and 43.7dB for night,which conform to the national standard.The overall sound environment quality is qualified,but local area is not qualitified.the paper proposed corresponding suggestion of improving the sound environment quality of the campus.
