摘    要:通过植物生态毒理实验,研究了纳米材料石墨烯与典型抗生素磺胺嘧啶(SD)单一及复合污染对小麦的根伸长和芽伸长的影响.结果表明,SD单一污染条件下,2mg·L-1SD促进小麦的根伸长和芽伸长,当质量浓度大于10mg·L-1时,则对小麦发芽产生明显的抑制,抑制作用随着SD浓度的增加而增强.石墨烯单一污染作用下,促进了小麦的根伸长和芽伸长.石墨烯-磺胺嘧啶复合污染作用下,SD在复合毒性中起主导作用,其复合污染效应同单一SD污染相似,在二者复合污染作用下,主要表现为协同作用,石墨烯增强了SD对小麦的毒性.

Effect of single and combined contamination of graphene and sulfadiazine on seed germination of wheat

Abstract:Eco-toxicological test was carried out to investigate the effect of single/combined pollution of graphene and sulfadiazine(SD)on germination of wheat seeds.Under the single sulfadiazine exposure,it showed a stimulation effect to wheat at 2mg·L~(-1),while it showed an inhibition effect to wheat when the concentration of SD was up to 10mg·L~(-1),and as the higher of SD's concentration,the stronger of the inhibition.It also showed a stimulation effect to wheat root length and shoot elongation under single graphene exposure.Under graphene and sulfadiazine combined pollution,SD plays a major role in the toxicity of compound,and the effects of the combined pollution were similar to the single SD pollution.The joint toxicity of the interaction of two pollutants was synergism,and the toxicity of SD to wheat was enhanced by graphene.
