| 摘 要： | 利用RAPD分子标记技术对15个丁鱼岁养殖个体的遗传多样性进行分析.选用20个随机引物对其基因组DNA进行PCR扩增,有16个引物可以扩增出稳定且清晰的条带,其中S103、S104和S105为多态引物.16个引物共扩增出65个DNA位点,片段大小在200~3 000 bp之间,其中多态性位点6个,多态位点比例为9.23%.个体间遗传距离在0~0.067 4之间,平均遗传距离为0.028 6.结果显示,丁鱼岁养殖群体的遗传多样性水平较低.

| Abstract: | Randomly Amplified Polymorphic DNA(RAPD) is used to detect the genetic diversities of 15 cultured individuals of Tinca tinca.16 RAPD primers are selected to amplify the genome DNA from 20 ones,three of which are polymorphic primers(S103,S104 and S105).A total of 65 reproducible and stable bands,ranging from 200 to 3 000 bp,are amplified from 15 individuals.6 of 65 loci detected are polymorphic,polymorphic loci is 9.23%.The genetic distance between individuals is from 0 to 0.067 4,and the average genetic distance is 0.028 6.In contrast to the genetic diversity in different species,the results show that the genetic diversity level of Tinca tinca is low. |
