4,4′-二硝基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯与铜(Ⅱ)显色反应的研究及应用

摘    要:研究了新显色剂4,4′-二硝基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯(简称DNBDAA)与铜(Ⅱ)的显色反应.结果表明,在Triton X-100存在下,在pH9.20 Na2B4O7-HCl的缓冲介质中,Cu(Ⅱ)与试剂形成稳定的红色配合物,其组成为Cu(Ⅱ)∶DNBDAA=1∶1,最大吸收波长为534 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.28×105L.mol-1.cm-1,铜的浓度在每10 ml 0~6.0μg范围内遵守比尔定律.所拟方法可直接用于面粉、奶粉和人发中微量铜的测定.

Abstract:The colour reaction of a new reagent 4,4′-dinitrobenzenediazoaminoazobenzene(DNBDAA) with copper(Ⅱ)was studied.In the presence of Triton X-100,Cu(Ⅱ) reacts with DNBDAA to form a red complex with molor ratio of 1∶1 in a medium of pH 8.50~9.75.Its apparent molor absorptivity is 1.28×10~5 L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1) at the maximium absorption of 534 nm.Beer's law was obeyed in the concentration range of 0~6 μg(per 10 ml) for Cu(Ⅱ).The method has been applied to the determination of copper derectly in flour,milk powder and human hair samples with satisfactory results.
