| 摘 要： | 活性氧在生物大分子如ＤＮＡ、蛋白质等氧化性损伤中起着非常重要的作用，本综述了活性氧的产生和氧化作用以及活性氧与一些病理过程的关系，对深入探讨生物大分子损伤的生物化及有关病理学机理具有一定的理论和应用意义。

| Abstract: | Active oxygen has an important role in the oxidative damage of biomacromolecules for example DNA,protein and so on. The production, oxidative role and relationship with pathogenesis of active oxygen were summarized in this paper.There will be theoretical and applied significance for inquiring deep into biochemistry and pathologic mechanism of biomacromolecules damaging. |
