油品静电监测系统的试验设计

摘    要:针对油品储运场所静电积累所引发的安全问题,设计开发了一种油品静电监测系统,包括管道中参数测量及数据处理两部分.其中参数测量由自行设计的传感器实现;数据处理则由衰减信号调理、模数转换、显示以及报警打印等几个部分共同实现.该静电监测系统实现了油品静电参数的在线采集、存储以及实时监控等功能.

The Design of Oil Electrostatic Monitoring System On-line

Abstract:Based on the security problems which caused by the accumulation of static electricity in the place of oil storage and transportation.The electrostatic monitoring system was designed.The system include two parts,the monitoring parameters measurement of the pipeline and the data processing.Among them,the parameter is measured by the self-design sensor;the data processing is implemented by the attenuation of signal conditioning,modulus conversion,display and alarm print part.Finally,the design parameters of electrostatic monitoring system has realized the oil electrostatic collection,storage,and real-time monitoring,and other functions.
