| 摘 要： | 根据仿生矿化的基本原理,在水溶液中以大豆胰岛素抑制剂为基质,CaCl2为钙源,NH4HCO3为CO2来源,利用气体扩散的方法合成了半球状有三叉状凸起结构的碳酸钙晶体.对所得碳酸钙做了XRD,SEM,FT-IR和PL等表征,结果发现所得碳酸钙为方解石型,含有少量蛋白质基质,属于有机无机杂化材料.

| Abstract: | Based on the basic principles of biomineralization,a CaCO3with hierarchical structures is synthesized under the control of trypsin inhibitor from soybean by the gas diffusion method in the water system.The obtained CaCO3are characterized by XRD,SEM,FT-IR and PL.The results indicate that the CaCO3crystal is calcite and it's a kind of organic/inorganic hybrid materials with certain amount of protein in it. |
