部分肝切除大鼠肠腔细菌数量的变化及其对肠道5-HT分泌的影响

摘    要:采用平板培养计数法检测大鼠肠道细菌,采用高效液相色谱紫外分光法检测大鼠血中5-HT含量,研究了部分肝切除大鼠肠腔细菌数量的变化及其对肠道5-HT分泌的影响.结果表明:与对照组相比,部分肝切除后0h、2h、6h、12h、24h、48h及72h各时间点肠道细菌数和血中5-HT含量显著增多(P<0.05或0.01);部分肝切除并灌服硫酸庆大霉素的大鼠与部分肝切除的大鼠相比,肠道细菌数和血中5-HT含量均显著减少(P<0.05或0.01).部分肝切除后肠道细菌的增多可能是5-HT分泌量增加的机制之一.

Abstract:The changes of the amounts of enteric bacteria and its effect on 5-HT secretion in rats after partial hepatectomy were studied by using the platiculture counting method for detecting the number of enteric bacterial and using high performance liquid chromatography ultraviolet spectrophotometry for analyzing the content of 5-HT in blood.The results showed that both the quantity of bacteria in intestine and the content of 5-HT in blood after partial hepatectomy increased significantly in each period(0h,2h,6h,12h,24h,48hand 72h)compared with the control group(P<0.05or 0.01).And both the quantity of bacteria and the content of 5-HT were decreased significantiy through the intragastric administration of gentamicin sulfate(P<0.05or 0.01).It may be one of the important mechanism of the amounts increase of enteric bacteria resulted in the increase of 5HT secretion after partial hepatectomy.
