| Abstract: | By using various chromatographic techiques,the chemical constituents from roots of Angelica dahurica(Fisch.) Benth.et Hook are isolated and purified.On the basis of spectroscopic data and physico-chemical properties,structures are identified as suberosin(1),3R,8S-falcarindiol(2),imperatorin(3),isoimperatorin(4),cnidilin(5),bergapeen(6),β-sitosterol(7),stigmasterol(8).Compounds 1 and 2 have been isolated from this plant for the first time. |
