摘    要:以镍铬合金为基体电极,采用电沉积技术制备了银微粒电极.用扫描电镜表征了基体电极电沉积前后的形貌特征.利用循环伏安技术研究了该银微粒电极对血红蛋白(Hb)的直接电化学行为.实验结果表明具有立体结构的银微粒对血红蛋白具有良好的电催化活性,实现了血红蛋白分子的直接电子转移.在1×10-6 mol·L-1~2×10-5 mol·L-1范围内,Hb氧化峰电流和Hb浓度有较好的线性关系.该银微粒电极制备简单,性能稳定,使用寿命相对较长,可有望用于蛋白质的分析测定和实现Hb在第三代生物传感器的开发和应用.

Direct Electrochemical Study of Hemoglobin on Silver Microparticles Modified Nichrome Substrate Electrode

Abstract:A novel silver microparticles electrode was fabricated on nichrome substrate by using cyclic voltammetry technique and its morphology was characterized by scanning electron microscopy.The electrochemical behavior of hemoglobin(Hb)was also investigated on silver microparticles electrode.Experimental results indicated that three-dimensional silver microparticles showed a good electrocatalytic activity and achieve direct electron transfer of hemoglobin.The oxidation peak currents of Hb were linear to its concentration from 1×10-6 mol·L-1 to 2×10-5 mol·L-1.The fabrication method of silver microparticles electrode was simple and possessed stable performance as well as long working life.The modified electrode is expected to use as an promising electrode material towards the detection of protein and development of the third biosensors.
