| 摘 要： | 在MPEG 4视频压缩编码标准的框架下,对MPEG 4编码数据的流式服务机制进行研究.以MPEG 4VM编码视频数据为研究对象,在RTP/UDP传输协议的网络和基于"推"的达尔文视频流服务系统上,对MPEG 4编码数据实现了基于RTP的封装和传输.

| Abstract: | In the frame of compress code standard of the MPEG-4 video, this paper researches into current service mechanism about MPEG-4 code data. Concretely, this paper does research on MPEG-4 VM video code data. In the network of RTP/UDP transmit agreement and the system of Darwin streaming server video service based on "push", this paper gives a method to encase and transmit the MPEG-4 code data which is on the base of RTP. |
