| 摘 要： | 本对怀山药离体培养脱分化过程中生理生化变化进行了研究，结果表明：怀山药叶片、茎段离体培养中，过氧化物酶（POD）活性和可溶性蛋白含量在脱分化过程中都呈规律性变化，即都是先有一上升趋势，达第1个高峰，然后有一下降趋势，承后又有第2个高峰，有这个规律与外部形态变化具有相关性。
